Duffy lip synch mercy

this is my first attempt at editing a music video

preliminary task

Here i experimented with matching various clips to a music audio  i used markers  to help me match the visuals to the audio
as the instrumental is fast i wanted the editing to match (so keeping it fast pace and interesting )i thought i should incorporate scenes of the men in costume dancing as it would fit the track and make the video more interesting

at times i incorporated some slow motion into  the video to vary the editing
i also experimented with effects such as the colour grading and using a mirror effect
i also experimented with split screens
hopefully i can use these skills learned in this prelim task and incorporate them into my final music video such as using markers to help with the timing and placement of the clips however the footage did not require matching the lip sync so it made the experience slightly less challenging
